Cerecor Inc. This was a Phase 2 trial of CERC-501, a potent and selective oral kappa opioid receptor (“KOR”) antagonist, in treatment resistant depression (“TRD”) conducted under the leadership of Dr. Maurizio Fava of Massachusetts General Hospital (“MGH”).
